Patricia Lea Brown

Patricia Lea "Pat" Brown, 73, died Saturday, September 24, 2016 at her home. She was born September 5, 1943 in Holly Grove (Monroe County), Arkansas a daughter of the late Odus and Lille Eller (Pettie) Hagar. Pat worked for nearly 20 years as secretary to the Plant Manager of Firestone in Memphis. She enjoyed fishing and loved her grandchildren deeply and was a member of the Roosevelt Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Butch Brown; two children, Randy Brown (Johnna) and Nancy Hubbard (Jiggers); sister, Barbara Blakely; brother, Kenneth Hagar (Kim); grandchildren, Rebecca Malone (Josh), Sara Cummins (Jason) and Paige Brown; two great-grandsons, Gabe and Isaac Malone. Services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Churchwell officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the services, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow in the Roosevelt Cemetery by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob – Judsonia. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
