Cynthia Ann "Cindy" Roberts

Cynthia Ann "Cindy" Roberts (Dermody), 79, formerly of Caddo Valley, was called home on Sunday, April 2, 2017. Cindy, daughter of the late Joe Dermody and Agnes Shackelford Dermody, was born Jan 1, 1938 in Phoenix, Ariz. Cindy is survived by her four children, daughter, Terri Ferguson; daughter, Leslie Taylor and husband Jerroll; son, Joe Kuhn and wife Debbie; and son, Randy Kuhn and wife Sherry. She is also survived by her grandchildren Whitney, Kelsey, Felicia, Blair, Hannah, Jennifer, Jon, Jeremy, Jerroll, and Blake, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, great-grandchildren and great-granddogs. In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her grandmother, Nellie Bonner Muther; sister, Deanna Golladay; brother, Dennis Tash; and her beloved cat of 17 years, Jill. Those who knew Cindy will remember her for her infinite kindness and generosity. She devoted most of life to caring for others and enjoyed cooking for family and friends. She doted on her granddaughters and treasured her time spent with family, whether playing cards, doing crossword puzzles, or watching the Razorbacks. She especially loved going to the beach and playing in the pool with her grandchildren. Cindy spent many hours in her garden and always had a house and yard full of beautiful plants and flowers. She is greatly missed, but her family and friends will cherish a lifetime of memories with her. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m Monday at Welch Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Rose Hedge Cemetery at Gurdon with Bros. Frank Henson and James Ray Raines officiating. Memorials may be made to Mt.
