Wanda Kay Butler

Wanda Kay Butler, 75, of Mabelvale, Ark. passed away peacefully April 9, 2017. She is preceded in death by her father, Guy Howard, mother, Ruby G Howard; brother, Sonny Howard, and sister, Dolores Wilson. Left to cherish her memories are husband, Phillip Butler, son, Pete Butler and wife, Cindy; daughter, Lee Blackwood; grandchildren, Samuel Blackwood and Jessica Butler; one great grandchild, Jameson Ford and extended family and friends who are far too many to name. She was a devout Christian who enjoyed playing hymns on the piano at church, and a loving family member who enjoyed sunny days and gatherings with her family. The family would like to acknowledge lifetime friend Becky Lattin who made mother's days enjoyable and brought her own special sunshine to mom during the last five years of her life. The family will hold a memorial get together on Butler Hill for family and friends at a later date to be announced. Arrangements provided by Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
