Donna Pearl Williams

Donna Williams, 79, of Jacksonville, born October 30, 1937 to Maggie Petrlik and Baxter McElvain, made a peaceful exit from this life on April 6, 2017. Donna, or "Nonnie" as her family called her, was a strong but gentle presence to all who knew her. Donna loved nature, traveling, walking, and she especially loved watching the birds while she drank her coffee. Her independent nature was admired and respected by many. She will be deeply missed and joyfully remembered by her sisters Doris Jury and Hilda Sturgis, her daughters, Terri Tadlock and Leasa Prince, her six surviving grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. A celebration of Donna's life will be held outdoors on Saturday April 15 at 11 a.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home & Crematory (501) 982-2136.
