Marvin L. Man Jr.

Marvin L. Mann, Jr., age 86 of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. He was born Nov. 19, 1930 in El Dorado, Ark., to the late Marvin L. Mann Sr. and Frances Ripley Mann. He was retired Regional Manager for Hartford Fire Insurance Company, a United States Army Veteran of Korea and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Monticello. He was a graduate and supporter of the University of Arkansas at Monticello. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jean Mann. Survivors include two daughters, Mindy Mann Nelson of Georgetown, Texas and Leslie Mann Kelley of Dallas, Texas; and four grandchildren. A private burial will be held at a later date.
