Benjamin Pennington

BENJAMIN (JOE LOUIS) PENNINGTON SR., was born to the late Shepard and Diamond Pennington on Aug. 1, 1935 in Whelen Springs, Ark. He departed this life on April 17, 2017 at UAMS in Little Rock, Ark. He was preceded in death by two daughters, three brothers, and one sister and one great grandson. He is also survived by his wife Patricia Pennington, sons Benjamin Jr., Lonnie Clay and Kenneth Clay, daughters Phyllis (Robert) Cross, Debbie Blacksher, Anita Pennington, and Tennille Pennington – Jackson, sisters, brother, aunt and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Family hour will be held Sunday April 23, 2017 from 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Monday April 24, 2017 11 a.m. at Disciples of Love Church 924 E. 14th, North Little Rock, Ark. Services entrusted to Premier Funeral Home 1518 S.
