Photo of Ronald Edmond Lee
Ronald Edmond Lee, age 56, of McRae, Arkansas, passed away quietly in his family's home Saturday, July 29, 2017. Ronnie, as he was affectionately known to all, worked as a side-loader truck driver at the Little Rock Air Force base in Jacksonville, Arkansas. This California-born movie buff enjoyed collecting authentic monster masks (as well as creating his own), perfecting his funniest jokes and come-backs, and playing with all the "kiddos" in his family, both young and old. Ronnie was a charming and jovial man who made it his life's purpose to ensure a good laugh from all. Ronnie is preceded in death by his father, Marine Sgt (ret) Harry Lee, and his sister, Robyn Lee. He leaves in love his two daughters, Jessica (Lee) Cornell and Erin Lee; two grandchildren, Skyla and Noah; two sisters, Tracy (Lee) Cox and Kathy (Dowell) Piggee; his mother, Joann (White) Dowell; a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews; and many loving and supportive friends. A family conducted graveside memorial service will be 2 pm Saturday, August 5, 2017, at the Havana Cemetery, Havana, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you take time to be with your loved ones, for you never know what tomorrow may bring. Arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home Danville.
