Glenn Albert Railsback, III, 75, of Hot Springs, formerly of Pine Bluff, died Friday. Survivors: son, Glenn "Railey" Railsback IV; daughter, Dabney Railsback; brother, Joel; sisters, Cynthia Stone and Jennie Cooper; and six grandchildren.
