Wanda Sue Pedersen

Wanda Sue Pedersen, 72, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully August 3, 2017 in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Sue was born in Heber Springs, Arkansas. She went to high school at Holland High School and graduated in 1961. She married her husband, Phil Pedersen, in Holland and was a loving wife and mother for fifty-four years. Sue volunteered at both the hospital and the church. She worked for the Little Rock School District for 30+ years. She was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church in Little Rock. She enjoyed travel, gardening and spending time with her family. Sue is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Ruby (Norman) Burnett; one brother, OT Davis. Sue is survived by her husband, Phil Pedersen of Little Rock; brother, Don Davis and his wife Bonnie; sister-in-law, Constance (Connie) Davis; son, Jeffery Pedersen; daughter, Nancie (Pedersen) Carter and her husband Jeremy Carter; five grandchildren, Jenafer Neal; Kathryn Halpin; Vincent Pedersen; Jacob Pedersen; Joshua Carter and eight great-grandchildren. Sue will be held in our hearts forever. Her love, wisdom and kindness will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Friday, August 11, 2017, at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forrest Hills Cemetery.
