Doroty Rose Hackler

Dorothy Rose Leehy Hackler, 88, of North Little Rock went to be with the Lord on August 6, 2017. She was a member of the Levy United Methodist Church and worked as a legal secretary for the WL&J Law Firm for 44 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and flower gardening. Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, Harold Hackler, parents, Mr. & Mrs. A.H. Leehy, brother, Billy (Muriel) Leehy and longtime friend of 27 years, Jim Trent. She is survived by two daughters, Kay (Frank) Barfield and Sharon Trent; three granddaughters, Angela (Chris) Benight, Kim Barfield and Michelle Barfield; grandson, Jay (Alissa) Rice; nine great-grandchildren and many loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 10th at Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Rd., NLR. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery.
