LEE E. CARRIGAN SR., 92, of Little Rock passed away peacefully on August 3, 2017. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday, August 10, 2017, with viewing at 10 a.m., and funeral services at 11 a.m., at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 2501 Main St., Little Rock, Ark., Pastor C.D.
