Arlene Allen Carter

Mrs. Arlene Allen Carter, age 56, of Rogers, Ark., passed away, Thursday, Aug. 10th, 2017, in Bentonville, Ark. Arlene was born Nov. 7th, 1960 to Orlin and Mary Allen in Great Falls, Mont. She was preceded in death by her father Orlin Allen. Mrs. Carter was survived by her husband Steven Carter, and her two children Jesse Allen, and Tasha Hoyt.
