Jimmy Wayne Tate

Jimmy Wayne Tate, 76, of Griffithville died Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Unity Health White County Hospital in Searcy, Arkansas. Jimmy was born May 6, 1941 in Des Arc to Wayne and Alice (Skarda) Tate. He was a retired farmer and Pharmacist. Survivors include his wife, Sarah (Conder) Tate, three step-daughters, Andrea Holloway, Krista (Wade) Allwhite, Courtney (Abram) Skarda, five grandchildren, Liam, Nolan, Lauren, Brandon, Cody, two great-grandchildren, Cameron, Isaac, one brother, Larry (Patsy) Tate. He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Mandy Mason, one son, Tony Tate, one brother, Jackie Tate, one grandson, Kane Mason. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Garth Funeral Home. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Garth Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Lakeside Cemetery by Garth Funeral Home. Bro. Pat Skarda officiating.
