Deborah Cook

Debbie Cook, 66, of Bismarck, passed away August 11, 2017. She was born in Malvern on October 9, 1950 to Ellen and Bob Colvin. Debbie was a faithful Jehovah's Witness for over 40 years. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Wayne Cook. In addition, she is survived by her brother, Jerry Colvin, sisters Cathy Gorman, Bobbie Walker, and Tammy Copeland, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. Memorial service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, August 19, 2017, at Bismarck High School, Bismarck, Ark., with Brother Mark Johnson officiating.
