Palmer Ernest Berge

Palmer E. Berge, loving Husband, father, father-in-law and grandfather passed away Sunday evening, August 13, 2017. He was born August 9, 1920 to Henry and Anna (Olson) Berge. He is preceded in death by his wife Lorraine Berge; his parents; two brothers: Hansel (Marion) Berge and Archie Berge; two sisters: Verna and Sylvia. Palmer is survived by two sons: Harlen Berge of Alabama and Verle Berge of Wisconsin and two stepsons: Walter(Pamela) Pelech and Gary (Denise) Pelech. He had six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Palmer loved gardening and was a former dairy farmer, an avid U.A.W. member and member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Pharr, Texas. Services will be Friday, August 18, 2017 at All Souls Church at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service at 10 a.m. Bro. Ward Rudolph will be officiating.
