Vincent Perkins, 62 of Little Rock, formerly of Chicago, Illinois, departed this life on Monday, August 14, 2016. He is survived by his son, Desean Perkins, daughter, Kishna Perkins, brother, Earl Perkins II, and sisters, Venita Lucille Minikwu of Little Rock, Judy Lynn Lloyd of Altadena, California, Lula Francell Perkins of Northern California, granddaughter, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
