Billy Ray O'Cain

Billy Ray O'Cain, 85, of Lonoke died peacefully August 17, 2017. He was born March 17, 1932 to the late Allene and Corrie O'Cain. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mac O'Cain, his sister, Betty Kincheloe and his second wife, Twilla O'Cain. Survivors include his daughter, Carol O'Cain, his first wife and caregiver, Myrtle O'Cain, his sister, Joy Lilly and sister-in-law Betty O'Cain. He was a graduate of Lonoke High School and attended ASU Beebe and UALR. He was a Korean War Veteran, a member of Masonic Lodge #51 and the Lions Club. He retired from the United States Postal Service. He enjoyed raising cattle and fishing in his spare time. He was an avid gardener and known for his generosity in sharing the fruits of his labor. The graveside service will be held at the Lebanon Cemetery Pavilion, McRae, Ark. on Sunday, August 20 at 2 p.m. Aarrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.
