Annette Stobaugh Mobley

ANNETTE STOBAUGH MOBLEY 91, of Little Rock, passed away Friday, Aug. 18, 2017. She was born March 30, 1926 in Morrilton, a daughter of the late Ernest Rankin and the late Lucille Clerget Rankin. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith. She loved painting and traveling. She had the opportunity to visit 11 foreign countries and Hawaii. Survivors include one son: Chuck and wife Jeanie Stobaugh of Little Rock; one sister: Mary Dean Lyford of Little Rock; four grandchildren: Donna, Kim, Nikki, and Parker; and two great-grandchildren: Heather and Danielle. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband: Babe Stobaugh; three daughters: Julia, Judy, and Beth; and her second husband: Bobby Joe Mobley. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017 at Elmwood Cemetery with Pastor Art Horn officiating. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
