Richard Steven Ottis

RICHARD STEVEN OTTIS, 55, of Jacksonville passed away Aug. 10, 2017. He was born in Omaha, Neb., to the proud parents of Richard A. Ottis of Nebraska, and Jean Stitt of Arkansas, on June 29, 1962. He was a proud Navy veteran. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Sherry Lewis Ottis; two sons, Jonathan Ottis and Shawn Miller (April); four grandchildren, Corbin, Dalton, Stormy and River Miller; three sisters Renee Casey, Melinda Mamer, and Diane Blair; two brothers Bradley and Bobby Ottis. Steve was preceded in death by his son, Steven Joshua Ottis. A graveside service will be held at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017 at 10 a.m. Cremation Arrangements entrusted to Arkansas Cremation. www.arkansascremation.com.
