Larry E. Akins Sr.

LARRY E. AKINS SR., 77, of North Little Rock, died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017. He was born on Nov. 3, 1940 to the late Rose Lee Fitts Sloan in Vilonia. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Akins. Larry drove a truck for Roadway for 40 years before retiring. He enjoyed petting his dogs, watching Netflix and chill. Larry is survived by two sons, Larry E. Akins Jr., William Sission; two daughters, Michelle Lynn Akins, Cathy Ann Shoemaker; five grandchildren: Kurtis Tims, Quincy Tims, Shane Shoemaker, Sarah Shoemaker, Larry E.
