FRANCES TURNER FORD, 60, of North Little Rock, passed away Monday, Dec. 11, 2017. She was born Feb. 8, 1957, in Memphis, Tenn., to John and Ann Turner. She is survived by her husband, Darrell Ford; and brother, Rusty Turner. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Freeman Turner.
