Frances Vann Balmain

Frances Vann Balmain, 66, of Lonoke passed away Friday, Dec. 22, 2017. She was born Aug. 10, 1951 in Conway to Frank L. Nahlen and Margie D. Fleming. She was preceded in death by her son Michael Wolfe. Frances is survived by her husband Michael Balmain, daughter Lisa Loop, son-in-law Evan Loop, grandsons Brian Bell and Evan Loop Jr., granddaughter Kendall Loop, sisters Pat Hoelzeman, Sylvia Heffington and Barbara Morris along with16 nieces and nephews.
