Ruth Steely Blevins, 88, died January 30. Funeral service and visitation will be Thursday, February 2. Visitation at 12 noon. Funeral service at 1 p.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne. Burial: Violet Hill Cemetery. She is survived by her husband: Bill Blevins and numerous nieces and nephews.
