Norman Eason

Norman Gotha Eason, 87, of Rogers died Thursday, February 2, 2017 at a local skilled care center. He was born July 16, 1929 in DeWitt, Arkansas the son of Velma Jones and Basil Eugene Eason Sr. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dancing, spending quality time with his grandchildren, and eating catfish. Norman is survived by one son; Rodney Eason and his wife Jeanie of Bella Vista, one daughter; Marcella Hagan and her husband Jimmy, of Rogers, two sisters; Pat Hayes Williams and her husband Leonard, of North Little Rock, Joyce Boyd, of Searcy, six grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be: Saturday at 11 a.m. at Northwest Assembly located at 301 SW Unity Blvd., in Bentonville. Interment was at Springtown Cemetery.
