Bessie Mae Lane

Bessie Mae Lane, age 86, of Perryville, Ark., passed away Friday, Feb. 3, 2017. She was born Oct. 9, 1930 in Jerusalem, Ark., a daughter of Otis E. Reynolds and Martha Cordelia Ruff Reynolds. She was the widow of William H. Lane, a financial specialist, and of the Church of Christ faith. She is survived by her sisters, Hope Crowder and Rhea Pinegar, both of Perryville; brother, Fred Reynolds of Wichita, Kan.; daughter in law, Martha Lane; stepson, Bill (Patricia) Lane; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Other than her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Dee Reynolds and Ralph Reynolds; and step son, Steve Lane. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Crestlawn Cemetery in Conway with Alex Crowder officiating. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
