GALE EDWARD CAMPBELL, 61, of Jacksonville, passed away on Feb. 3, 2017 in Jacksonville. He was born on Nov. 11, 1955 in Baltimore, Md. He was preceded in death by his parents; Theodore R. and Mary Frances (Parks) Campbell. Gale was a 1974 graduate of Summerville High School in Summerville, S.C.. He was a United States Air Force Vietnam Era Veteran and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife; Kathy Womack Campbell, two sons; Brad Campbell and girlfriend, Lisa Holladay of Jacksonville, Chris Campbell and wife, Dedra of Lynnville, Tenn., one daughter; Heather Garcia and husband, Jason of Jacksonville, one brother; Charles Campbell of Cumming, Ga., three sisters; Mary Roberta McCoy of Jacksonville, Fla., Beverly Claire Campbell of New York, N.Y., Teresa Elizabeth Aders of Jacksonville, Fla., one granddaughter; Chloe Campbell, other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel.
