Minnie P. Collins, 74, of Lowell, Ark. passed away on Friday, Feb. 03, 2017 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Ark. Minnie was born on Sep. 18, 1942, a daughter of James William Wolf and Mamie (George) Wolf. She and her husband owned and operated many businesses throughout the years together, with the last one being called Collins Custom Cabinets Inc. in Lowell. Minnie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved to travel and spend time with her family. Minnie also attended New Hope Assembly of God Church in Rogers. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 52 years, George Collins; two brothers; and three sisters. Minnie is survived by her children, Elizabeth Hill and husband, Paul, of Lowell, Ark., Lois Falkner and husband, Larry, of Springdale, Ark., William Collins and fiancé, Cheryl, of Lowell, Ark. and Terri Ghomghani and husband, Kam, of Lowell, Ark.; one sister, Viva Collins of Springdale, Ark.; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, Feb. 6, 2017 at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale from 5-7 p.m. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at the funeral home with burial to follow at the Elm Springs Cemetery.
