Gene Edward Andrews

Gene Edward Andrews, 77, of Rogers, Ark. Friday, February 3, 2017 at Ashley Health and Rehab in Rogers. He was born July 13, 1939 in Junction, Texas to William and Mary Dunlap Andrews. He proudly served in the United States Army. Gene loved to play golf and cards. He and his wife, Joan managed the A.J. Storage in Rogers since the opening in 2002. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. Gene is survived by his wife of 34 years, Joan Andrews; two daughters, Janna Gartman and husband, Larry of Rogers, Tamera Davis of Glenwood, Ark.; one sister, Wilma Castleman of Hobbs, N.M.; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren (he was eagerly awaiting the arrival of the tenth) and a host of nieces and nephews. He will be laid to rest beside family in Junction, Texas at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services of Rogers.
