William Steven Parker, 46, died February 6. Visitation is February 9 at Holt Memorial Chapel, in Harrison, at 5 p.m. Funeral service is February 10 at Crossroads Community Church, in Harrison, at 10 a.m. Survivors include wife, Chantell; daughters, Whitney, Stephanie, and Emily; mother, Betty Whitehall; and brother, Kevin.
