Dale Franklin Ratliff

Dale Franklin Ratliff Jr., 4-2-1937 to 2-6-2017. Dale was an Air Force Veteran who served in Vietnam; afterwards, he worked for the federal government. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and playing with his dogs. He is survived by his wife, Carol, of 58 years, his two sons, Little Hackie and Robin, his two grandchildren two sisters and a brother.
