Tommie Lou Dyke

Tommie Lou Dyke, 75, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born on May 4, 1941, in Stuttgart, to Tom R. and Opal Turner Moore Snell. She was reared and educated in Stuttgart, graduating from Stuttgart High School. She also graduated from UAPB as a Register Nurse. Mrs. Dyke had worked as an RN for the Department of Corrections, retiring as a Medical Grievances Coordinator. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents and her stepfather, Harold Snell; an uncle, Delbert Coose and a nephew, Roger D. Jenkins. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Buddy Dyke; daughters, Brenda (Jim) Tubbs of Watson Chapel, Robbin (Greg) Ritchie of White Hall; grandchildren, Jason A. Waddle of Sulphur Springs, Corey (Dorothy) Ritchie, Cody Ritchie of White Hall, Coby (Kelly) Ritchie of Sheridan; great-grandchildren, Bentley, Bella, Abigail; sister, Patsy Coose of Almyra, Carolyn (Donald) Painter of Stuttgart; along with several nieces and nephews.
