Ben W. Phillips

Ben W. Phillips, 85, of Searcy died Feb. 14. He was born in Bremen, Ky., on Aug. 29, 1931 to the late Mack and Beulah Evalee (Bates) Phillips. He is survived by his wife of more than sixty-three years; Anna Frances Phillips, and son, Ronald W. Phillips. He was a Member of Kensett First Baptist Church. Ben served honorably in the U. S. Air Force. He retired from the U.S. Government. He was a loving husband and father. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by six brothers; two sisters; and one son. Funeral services will be Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. with visitation from 1-2 p.m. at Kensett First Baptist.
