Raymond Franklin Heustis

RAYMOND FRANKLIN HEUSTIS, 71, of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017. He was born Jan. 19, 1946 in Westville, Okla., to the late Clem and Marie O'Neal Heustis. On Nov. 11, 1963 he married Betty Duncan in Stillwell, Okla. Raymond has been a barber in the Jacksonville area since 1970. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Betty Heustis of Jacksonville; three children, Raymond (Dayna) Heustis Jr. of Huntley, Ill., Tammy (Mike) Davis of Cabot, Jennifer (Kirk) Longo of Frisco, Texas; seven grandchildren, Christian and Samantha Heustis, Bradley and Peyton Davis, Luke, Adam and Stone Longo; brother, Wayne (Patti) Heustis of Sherwood; three sisters, Viola (Smokey) Dearman of Redding, Calif., Lucrisha (Vincent) Flieg of Anderson, Calif., Mary Jane Alexander of Tulsa, Okla.; host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2017 at Bible Baptist Church with Brother Mike Files officiating. The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service.
