Bill Cooper, 96, died February 21. Graveside funeral service will be held Friday, February 24 at 2 p.m. at Old Philadelphia Cemetery in Melbourne under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne. Survivors: Crystal Jackson of Batesville and Tony Cooper, Calvin Cooper of Melbourne (children).
