Elnoria E. Owens, 72, of Little Rock, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017. She leaves to cherish her memory; children, Shelia Hayes (Allen), Clarence Dukes (Merdina), Tonjuna Iverson (Ricky) and Bennie Dukes (Rebecca Goins); three sisters, Gloria White (Frank), Eva Mae Walker and Charlotte Washington (Allen), 11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held Monday, February 27, 2017 from 10-10:45 a.m. with services beginning 11 a.m. at St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 West 12th Street.
