Rebecca Ann Garrett

Rebecca Ann Garrett, 26, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed from this life on February 22, 2017. She was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas to Royce G. Garrett and Debbie L. Davis Dudley. Rebecca was full of life and loved spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoyed her time as a Girl Scout. Rebecca is preceded in death by her grandparents; Toby and Ruby Davis, Inez Meadows and John Garrett. She is survived by her parents; Debbie Dudley and Royce Garrett, two siblings; Coy Garrett and Rachel Mvugalo (Said), nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other family and friends.
