Dwayne G. Heffington

Dwayne G. Heffington, 77, of Conway, went to be with The Lord on Friday, Feb. 24, 2017. He was born May 28, 1939 in Holland, Ark., to the late Barney B. and Ovie (Glover) Heffington. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Farrell Heffington. Dwayne was of the Baptist Faith and was employed as Plant Manager of Smith Fiberglass in Little Rock for 35 years. He enjoyed gardening and was an avid sports fan. Most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Dwayne was a hard worker and a good provider for his family. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Dwayne is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Ruth (Fuller) Heffington, his children, Ronnie Heffington, Rick Heffington (Lisa), Debbie Renfroe (Butch), and Joey Heffington, brother, Kenneth Heffington, sisters, Sue Miller, Hazel Adkisson, and Martha Bailey, grandchildren, Bradley Renfroe, Ryan Renfroe, and Alyssa Heffington of Conway, Paige Heffington and Adam Heffington of Wisconsin, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday Feb. 27 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with Dr. Larry White officiating.
