Flora Ray Hoff

FLORA RAY WILLAIMS HOFF formerly of North Charleston, South Carolina, passed away in North Little Rock, Ark., on Dec. 21, 2016. Flora was born on May 15, 1928, in Shallotte, N.C., to Burt and Mary Williams. She married St. Elmo Hoff of Ridgeville, S.C., on May 18, 1946 and they lived their entire married lives in North Charleston. She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Rae Singleton (Charles) of Little Rock, Ark., and Patricia Anne Mizzell of Givhans, S.C. She is also survived by five grandchildren including Melissa Singleton Stone (Clay) and Damon Charles Singleton (Stephanie) both of Little Rock, as well as nine great grandchildren. Burial will be at the Carolina Memorial Gardens in North Charleston, S.C. A Memorial service and funeral arrangements are pending. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Friendship Baptist Church at 5032 Lackawanna Blvd., North Charleston, S.C. 29405.
