Rosa Mae Stipes

Rosa Stipes, 84, died Saturday. Survivors include her children, L.J. and John Scoggins, Evelyn Martin, Charlotte Kimberling, Donna Kimberling and Latrice Day; five sisters, 16 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
