Roger Dale Waggoner, 61, of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, January 3, 2017. He was born in Monroe, La., December 22, 1955 to the late Ozie and Thelma Waggoner. Roger is survived by his two children, Terry and Lois Waggoner; and brother, Thomas Waggoner.
