Virginia Ruth Toney

Virginia Ruth Toney, 75, of Jacksonville died Wednesday, January 11, 2017. She was born December 5, 1941 in Faxon, Oklahoma to the late Robert Floyd and Elzora Harmon Pierce. Mrs. Toney worked in medical records at Jacksonville Convalescent Center for over 30 years. She enjoyed fishing, playing cards and loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Toney was preceded in death by her husband, James Toney. Mrs. Toney is survived by her children, Jamie Russo (Tony) of Ward and Robert Toney of Jacksonville; grandchildren, James and Jennifer McGinty; great grandchildren, Zak Harvey and Miya McGinty; sister, Laverne Hurst (Dale) of San Antonio, Texas and niece and nephew, Steve and Sandy Hurst.
