Peggy Jo Platt

Peggy Jo Platt, age 74, of Searcy, Ark., passed away Jan. 12, 2017. She was born in Gillett, Ark., on Sept. 11, 1942. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Murl and Myrtle Edna Baker, one sister, and four brothers. She was a baptized, faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Searcy, Ark., for 43 years. Peggy is survived by her husband of 52 years, Thomas Michael; three children, Michael Shawn Platt, Brian Wade Platt, and Shannon Lea Platt-Albo; two brothers, Cecil Edwards Smith and Albert Murl Baker; one sister, Linda Sue Baker-Finch; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Searcy.
