Richard Heavrin

Richard Heavrin, age 52, of Jacksonville, passed away January 19, 2017. He was born in Stuttgart, Arkansas on March 9, 1964. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Heavrin and Marie Howe; brother, Tony Phillips; and a niece, B. J. Dunn. Richard is survived by three sisters, Cheryl Erkel of Jacksonville, Kim Carswell of Lonoke, and Angela Dunn of Cabot; four brothers, Lee Howe of Lonoke, John Heavrin of Jacksonville, Billy Howe of Michigan, and Steven Heavrin of Jacksonville; his step mother, Janie Marcia Heavrin, and many nieces and nephews.
