Edith Workman, 95, of England, Arkansas passed from this life Thursday, January 26, 2017. She was born October 23, 1921 in Norton, West Virginia to Antonio and Croisfficia Polce. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Don Workman who she met and married in Baltimore, Maryland in 1942; son-in-law: Buster Busick; five sisters: Mary, Elizabeth, Emoline, Rosie, and Jenny. She is survived by her daughter: Donna Busick; son Dickie (Kay) Workman; three grandchildren: Mike (Toni) Busick of England; Kristi (Tony) Pitts of Eagle Pass, Texas; Richie (Grace)Workman of Little Rock; seven great-grandchildren: David Busick, Bryan McClain, Zachary Busick, Trace Pitts, Ella Pitts, Ellen Claire Workman, and Will Workman. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in England. She taught school at Plum Bayou High School until retirement. After that she moved to England but still remained very active in community activities as well as painting beautiful paintings, gardening and yard work and being with and feeding her family delicious Italian (homemade) food. Visitation will be Sunday, January 29th at 1 p.m. with the service following at 2 p.m. at Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939. Burial will follow in Mulberry Cemetery.
