Steven Henry Hughes

Steven Henry (Pudge) Hughes, 55, of Cabot passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born on October 19, 1961 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Ela Mae Williamson and Wilson and Leanora Hughes. He is survived by his parents, Jackie Dean Hughes and Erma Elizabeth Hays; one son Matthew Henry Hughes; one daughter, Stevie Nichole Hughes, and their mother Tanna Kay Evans; two grandchildren, Meredith Brilee Hughes, and Scarlett Reese Hughes; two sisters, Sandy (Tony) Adams and Amanda (Mark) Hughes; one brother Tim (Shannon) Hughes; two nieces, Michelle (John) Hope and Meagan (Justin) Gunn; two nephews, Jackie Hughes and Elijah Hughes; two great-nieces, Lindsay Hope and MacKenzie Gunn; and great-nephew, James Gunn. Steve lived his life to the fullest, loving his family, friends, hunting, fishing and a good book. He had his faith in the Lord and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
