Austin Wayne Joyner

Austin Wayne Joyner, age 18, of Prattsville was taken from this world too soon as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Friday, July 7, 2017. He was born Jan. 19, 1999 in Benton, the son of Edward Wayne Joyner and Amy Darlene Parker Fuell. Austin was a member of Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville and was a student of Sheridan High School. He was also a Taiho-Ryu Karate Brown Belt and a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Left to cherish his memory, father, Edward Wayne Joyner of Prattsville; mother, Amy Darlene Fuell; daughter, Aubrie Nicole Joyner and her mother, Hannah Anderson, both of Sheridan; brother, Caleb Fuell of Sheridan; sister, Autumn Fuell of Sheridan; paternal grandparents, Edward and Patricia Joyner of Prattsville; and maternal grandparents, LeRoy Edward and Millie Parker. Funeral services are 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville with Brother Jerry Wallace, Brother Don Goodman, and Brother Philip Stein officiating. Interment will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m., Monday, July 10, 2017 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan. Pallbearers are Andy Baumgardner, Kris Anderson, Paul Wayne Davis, Brian Rainey, Earnie McElroy, Eric Wichett, Don Nixon, and David Jones. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the education fund for Aubrie Nicole Joyner at Peoples Bank in Sheridan. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
