Elder Joe (Shelby) Hines, 70, of Cabot, Arkansas, departed this life on July 3, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Laura Hines; son, Joe Dan Hines, Jr; and brothers, Timothy Hines and Larry Hines Sr. Family Hour will be Thursday, July 13th, 7:30-8:30 p.m. at Superior.
