Dennis Dovers

Dennis Ray Dovers, age 67, of Benton, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017. He was born August 4, 1949 in Dumas, Arkansas. Dennis was a Union Painter and Construction worker. He was preceded in death by his parents, A.Z. and Clara (Bunting) Dovers and a sister, Carolyn Dandurand. He is survived by two daughters, Amy Davis Lowry (Chad) of Benton and Carnesha Dovers Robertson (Danny) of Beebe; sister, Martha Highsmith (Buddy); brother, Bryan Dovers (Paula) all of Benton and five grandchildren, Geoffrey "Jordan" Covert, Mason Ray Kaw-Liga Dovers, Daly Rose Robertson, Dawson Lane Robertson and Chloe Dakota-Anne Covert. Dennis was a loving father, PaPaw and brother. He was always helping wherever he was needed. His family was his passion and he will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association at P.O. Box 15829 in Arlington, Va. 22215. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
