Martha Angeline Hughes

Martha Angeline Hughes began her journey on October 14, 1934. She was born to Byron and Viola Kadletz in Salmon, Idaho. She attended Coquille High School in Coquille, Oregon. Her first jobs included; bank teller and a bookkeeper at Lounsbury Ford in Coquille where she met Bill Hughes. The two quickly became engaged and in 1966 they married. In the years to come they became the proud parents of two daughters, Gini Ann Hughes-Buss and Margaret Lola Hughes. The couple retired and moved to Shirley, Arkansas in 1976. Martha enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, bird-watching, reading, studying the Bible and her daily cup of tea. She was blessed with three perfect grandchildren, Alex Jordan, Jacob Kai-Jiun and Leah Ke-Mei. Martha gained her wings and ascended into Heaven on July 4th, 2017.
