Bobby E. Ragains

Bobby E. Ragains, 72, of Lowell passed away July 16, 2017 in Lowell. He was born January 28, 1945 in Rodon do Beach, California the son of Frank H and Velma Mae Black Ragains. Bobby was a bus driver for the Rogers Schools and a jack of all trades. He was a member of Faith Full Gospel Church in Bethel Heights. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank Ragains, Velma Ragains Cornwell and her husband Dennis Cornwell, one daughter, Bobbie Jean, one brother, Dennis Ragains, his companion, Francis McCalister. He is survived by his children, Cheryl Dutt, Debra Anderson, Kathleen Belieu, Claude Ragains and Duane Ragains; his siblings Pat and Frank Ragains, Sheryl Stanphill, Sherry Pond, Velma Mae Furlong, Sharon Rogness, Denise Wright and Dennis Cornwell, Jr.; Francis's children Lisa, Allen, Albert, Justin and Billy Joe; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
